About The Position

Starbucks is seeking a manager, Marketing & Integrated Communications to lead the development of seasonal and brand marketing campaigns aimed at driving store traffic and enhancing customer loyalty. This role involves close collaboration with cross-functional partners to create and implement comprehensive go-to-market plans and communication strategies that engage customers throughout their journey. The manager will serve as the integrated marketing leader and internal spokesperson for the seasonal go-to-market planning team. This is a significant opportunity for an experienced marketer to contribute to Starbucks' success across its extensive network of over 17,000 US retail stores.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute multi-channel seasonal marketing campaigns informed by business and consumer insights, drawing from areas such as Finance, Menu, Analytics, Social Listening, Media, and PR.
  • Support the development and execution of marketing for new product market tests to assess consumer reception and guide national launch strategies.
  • Develop and implement marketing research plans in collaboration with Consumer Insights to inform strategic briefs and go-to-market strategies.
  • Author campaign briefs that guide channel communication, prioritization, and creative execution, and consult on creative development with internal and external teams.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to develop comprehensive go-to-market plans, fostering new ideas and creative solutions for customer and business challenges.
  • Lead the creation of written communications, including leadership presentations, campaign recaps, and marketing business cases for new programs.
  • Monitor business performance and trends, working with Finance and Menu Insights teams to understand performance drivers and align campaigns with financial goals.
  • Generate innovative ideas to drive traffic, deepen brand love, and increase brand engagement.
