About The Position

At BJ's Restaurants, strong financial insights help us understand what’s working, where opportunities exist, and how we can continue to grow. We’re looking for a Manager, Marketing Finance & Corporate Strategy who will bring together financial expertise, business curiosity, and strategic thinking to help shape decisions across the organization. This role goes beyond traditional FP&A. You’ll dig into the business to understand the drivers behind performance, from menu mix, pricing, and product costs to marketing initiatives, testing, loyalty, and the guest experience. Working cross-functionally with Marketing, Culinary, Supply Chain, Operations, Off-Premise, and other partners, you’ll turn complex financial and operational data into insights that help teams make smarter decisions. You’ll also play an important role in evaluating new ideas and growth opportunities, building the financial case, helping establish success measures, analyzing results, and translating what we learn into clear recommendations for the business. If you enjoy connecting the dots between financial performance, consumer behavior, and business strategy, this is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact at BJ’s.
