About The Position

Are you passionate about driving demand, generating qualified leads, and optimizing the customer journey across digital channels? We are seeking a strategic, data-driven Manager of Demand Generation & SEO to lead integrated marketing initiatives that increase brand visibility, drive high-quality pipeline growth, and improve conversion performance. In this role, you will own and execute a comprehensive demand generation strategy that leverages SEO, content marketing, paid and organic digital marketing campaigns, website optimization, marketing automation, and lead nurturing programs. You will be responsible for increasing website traffic, generating qualified leads, improving marketing funnel performance, and supporting revenue growth through measurable digital marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate combines deep SEO expertise with broader demand generation experience and has a proven track record of developing and executing multi-channel digital marketing strategies that drive business outcomes. This individual will collaborate closely with Marketing, Sales, Content, Creative, Web Development, and external agency partners to ensure alignment across customer acquisition efforts and optimize performance throughout the buyer's journey.

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, and other SEO platforms.
  • Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, or similar technologies.
  • Experience collaborating with sales teams to align lead generation and pipeline goals.
  • B2B demand generation experience preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Business, or a related field required.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive demand generation strategy aligned with business growth and revenue objectives.
  • Create and manage integrated marketing campaigns across organic search, paid search, email marketing, content marketing, social media, and retargeting channels.
  • Develop lead generation and lead nurturing programs designed to increase marketing-qualified leads (MQLs), sales-qualified leads (SQLs), and pipeline contribution.
  • Partner with Sales leadership to optimize lead handoff processes, lead quality, and funnel conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and agency partners to execute digital campaigns that drive demand and accelerate customer acquisition.
  • Establish annual, quarterly, and monthly demand generation goals and performance benchmarks.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive SEO roadmap designed to increase organic traffic, search visibility, and lead conversion.
  • Conduct content gap analyses, keyword research, competitor analyses, audience research, and SERP landscape evaluations to identify growth opportunities.
  • Develop and execute SEO strategies that support both brand awareness and lead generation objectives.
  • Monitor search performance and continuously refine strategies based on emerging opportunities and market trends.
  • Integrate SEO insights into broader content marketing and demand generation initiatives.
  • Partner with Content, Creative, and Product Marketing teams to develop content that supports all stages of the buyer journey.
  • Recommend content topics, campaigns, and assets based on keyword insights, audience needs, competitive analysis, and conversion opportunities.
  • Develop landing page optimization strategies to improve traffic-to-lead conversion rates.
  • Collaborate on gated content, webinars, case studies, and other lead-generation assets.
  • Implement and optimize conversion rate optimization (CRO) best practices across digital properties.
  • Oversee ongoing website optimization efforts to improve user experience, search performance, and conversion outcomes.
  • Provide recommendations related to website architecture, crawlability, indexing, page speed, mobile responsiveness, schema markup, and technical SEO best practices.
  • Manage metadata optimization, internal linking structures, and on-page SEO enhancements.
  • Conduct quality assurance reviews on staging and live environments to ensure accurate implementation of SEO and conversion-focused recommendations.
  • Collaborate with web development teams to prioritize and implement technical improvements.
  • Manage marketing automation and lead nurture strategies to support prospect engagement and conversion.
  • Develop audience segmentation strategies and automated workflows that improve lead quality and pipeline progression.
  • Partner with Sales and CRM stakeholders to ensure effective lead tracking, scoring, routing, and reporting.
  • Continuously optimize nurture campaigns to improve engagement and conversion metrics.
  • Establish KPIs and reporting frameworks to measure demand generation and SEO success.
  • Analyze performance across channels including organic search, paid campaigns, website traffic, lead generation, conversion rates, pipeline contribution, and customer acquisition metrics.
  • Develop dashboards and executive-level reporting to communicate campaign effectiveness and ROI.

  • Develop and execute link-building and digital PR strategies that improve authority and search visibility.

  • Serve as the subject matter expert for SEO, demand generation, and digital performance marketing.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, Content, Creative, and external agency partners to drive integrated marketing strategies.
