Transparent Energy is seeking a hands-on Digital Marketing & Demand Generation Manager to own the execution, optimization, and reporting of our digital marketing programs. This role will build and manage campaigns that generate qualified leads, improve conversion rates, and create measurable pipeline impact. The right candidate will be technical, execution-oriented, and comfortable owning HubSpot, marketing automation, SEO/SEM, paid search, programmatic/display advertising, landing pages, attribution, reporting, and conversion tracking. This person must also bring creative energy to the role by contributing campaign ideas, messaging angles, audience strategies, content concepts, and practical ways to turn Transparent Energy’s expertise into lead-generating digital programs. This role is separate from field/event marketing, but will work closely with that team to support event follow-up, nurture campaigns, tracking, and reporting.
