The position sits at the intersection of data, marketing strategy, and partnership performance for Shell, a key strategic account. It is uniquely positioned to bridge marketing execution and performance analytics, ensuring tight alignment between campaign activity and partnership KPIs. The Manager will lead data-informed campaign planning and execution, guiding targeting, segmentation, and performance optimization while tracking and reporting on key account KPIs. Working closely with the Account Director and cross-functional teams, this role involves developing creative briefs, delivering structured insights and business cases, and strengthening engagement and performance across the Shell partnership. This is a high-visibility, full-time, hybrid role with ownership of how data translates into marketing strategy and partner performance. It offers strategic partner exposure with a globally recognized brand and opportunities for career acceleration within a lean, high-impact team.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in marketing strategy, partnerships management, or a combined role; preferably within the loyalty industry.
  • A data-first problem solver who can translate complex data into clear narratives that influence decisions and align stakeholders.
  • A balance of strategy, analytics, and creativity, working closely with Data Science teams to guide analysis and translate insights into actionable marketing strategies.
  • Comfortable connecting insights to targeting decisions, campaign strategy, and measurable outcomes.
  • A client-centred mindset, taking a consultative approach to building and strengthening partnerships.
  • Ability to deepen understanding of partner needs, manage expectations, and influence decisions through thoughtful insights and recommendations.
  • Accountability for delivering results, using data and analysis to guide conversations and strategy.
  • Project management skills to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously, coordinating resources, maintaining communication, and ensuring deliverables stay on track.
  • Ability to identify gaps, think critically about solutions, and take initiative from planning through execution while adapting to shifting priorities.
  • Effective communicator with strong written and verbal presentation skills.
  • Comfortable engaging with senior leaders and stakeholders, facilitating discussions, and navigating complex conversations with professionalism and confidence.

Responsibilities

  • Develop data-driven marketing strategies, leveraging insights from performance data, market trends, and audience behaviour to create high-impact campaign plans that drive core KPIs.
  • Define targeting and segmentation approaches, identifying where to focus and why, and lead the end-to-end briefing process across internal teams and external partners to ensure alignment on objectives, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Monitor campaign execution and performance in real time, proactively identifying risks and optimization opportunities.
  • Deliver comprehensive post-campaign analyses, including executive-ready summaries with actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with Data Science to track and analyze Shell account KPIs using dashboards, providing regular updates and recommendations.
  • Deliver Monthly Business Reports and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), ensuring insights are clearly connected to future strategy.
  • Act as a key marketing and partnership contact for the Shell account, fostering strong internal and external relationships and managing regular communications.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop marketing initiatives and influence decisions through clear, data-backed recommendations.
  • Contribute to broader account deliverables, including annual account plans, QBRs, and KPI progress decks.
  • Integrate campaign performance data, forward-looking recommendations, and competitive insights to highlight trends, opportunities, and strategic priorities.
  • Manage and maintain marketing and partnership project trackers, as well as meeting agendas and minutes for weekly execution, strategy, and QBR meetings.
  • Ensure meetings are productive, well-prepared, and consistently focused on data-driven insights and strategic recommendations.
