As a key leader within the Learning and Development team, this role is responsible for driving high-impact learning initiatives that deliver measurable business results - on time and within budget. You will lead the full lifecycle of learning solutions, from identifying business needs and diagnosing performance gaps to designing and implementing effective training interventions. In close partnership with business leaders, HR, and cross-functional teams, you will ensure learning strategies are aligned with organizational priorities and support workforce performance at scale. This role also leads and develops a team of learning professionals, providing coaching, performance management, and day-to-day guidance to drive engagement and results. Success in this role requires a strong balance of strategic thinking and operational execution. You will prioritize initiatives, allocate resources effectively, and continuously improve processes to enhance team productivity and ensure the business gets the most value from learning investments.
