The Training Manager position offers an opportunity to be part of a multifaceted organization and help GCS navigate towards growth. This role requires expertise in instructional design, learning management systems, and training facilitation to create engaging, effective learning experiences that drive performance and capability across the organization. They will manage, support, and continuously improve our learning programs. The ideal candidate is not only technically proficient but also an excellent communicator—able to clearly present ideas, gather input, and influence cross-functional stakeholders to drive adoption and continuous improvement of our learning programs. This role is critical to ensuring a seamless learning experience for colleagues at all levels and supporting the broader learning and development strategy of the organization.
