This full-time position is responsible for the planning and execution of select enterprise events and programs, including virtual, hybrid, and in-person experiences, that activate leaders and teammates. The role also supports special project delivery by developing project plans, guiding timelines, tracking deliverables, and facilitating cross-functional coordination. The Manager will handle end-to-end logistics for events, including asset creation, registration, invitations, vendor collaboration, speaker vetting, travel arrangements, production elements, and onsite support. A key aspect of the role involves partnering with internal teams to ensure content, materials, communications, and event flow are seamless, on-brand, and aligned with strategic objectives. Additionally, the position requires developing and cultivating strong working relationships with external vendors, venues, and partners to support high-quality execution. The role also involves coordinating production elements, supporting the creation of run-of-show documents and speaker preparation materials, assisting with budget planning and tracking, and supporting the development and rollout of communication plans. Collaboration with Communications teams for event-related materials and maintenance of the Leadership Resource Site are also key responsibilities. The role will contribute to the development of surveys and feedback tools to measure event effectiveness and leader sentiment, and review insights to identify opportunities for improvement. Building strong partnerships with cross-functional teams, senior leader offices, and executive assistants is essential, serving as a responsive and collaborative partner to internal and external stakeholders.
