About The Position

Riot Creative Imaging is seeking a Large Format Digital Printing Manager. As a working manager, this position will be responsible for managing all phases of production and manufacturing, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of all jobs. This includes everything from P&L statements, financial follow through, meetings, scheduling, estimating, project reviews with account reps, quality control, pre-press, delivery, and installation. The manager will be responsible for supervising the production team during all phases from project kickoff, to production and job completion. The manager must be able to work with internal teams and vendors to ensure all projects are delivered on time and to client specifications. Requirements

  • 3 – 5 years of experience managing in a large format print production environment.
  • A solid working knowledge of large format printing, finishing processes, and materials.
  • Knowledgeable in the movement of materials through the manufacturing process.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Working knowledge of Outlook, Microsoft, and Adobe Suite.
  • Must be able to use and read a standard tape measure.
  • Exceptional math skills & creative problem solving.
  • High School diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

  • Managing all phases of production and manufacturing, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of all jobs.
  • Managing P&L statements, financial follow through, meetings, scheduling, estimating, project reviews with account reps, quality control, pre-press, delivery, and installation.
  • Supervising the production team during all phases from project kickoff, to production and job completion.
  • Working with internal teams and vendors to ensure all projects are delivered on time and to client specifications.
  • Directing and coordinating production and distribution of all work originating in the wide format department.
  • Analyzing information and evaluating results to choose the best solution and solve problems.
  • Coordinating and recommending procedures for facility and equipment maintenance or modification, including the replacement of print-related equipment.
  • Enlisting employee suggestions and involvement.
  • Managing, coaching, and cross-training all personnel.
  • Resolving internal and external conflicts.
  • Attending management meetings.
  • Completing daily timecard approvals.
  • Fostering a safe work environment, including following ARC’s guidelines to help mitigate the spread of COVID-19.
  • Responsible for disciplinary actions and annual evaluations.
