About The Position

Riot Creative Imaging, a division of ARC Document Solutions, is seeking a Large Format Digital Printing Manager. This is a working manager position responsible for overseeing all phases of production and manufacturing, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of all jobs. Responsibilities include managing P&L statements, financial follow-through, meetings, scheduling, estimating, project reviews with account representatives, quality control, pre-press, delivery, and installation. The manager will supervise the production team from project kickoff to completion, collaborating with internal teams and vendors to meet client specifications. Riot Creative Imaging produces and installs high-end color graphics for well-known brands, utilizing a wide spectrum of materials across 21 global locations. ARC Document Solutions, with 30 years in business, focuses on the architectural, engineering, and construction industries and is the largest company of its kind in the U.S. with over 2,400 employees. Requirements

  • 3 – 5 years of experience managing in a large format print production environment
  • A solid working knowledge of large format printing, finishing processes, and materials
  • Knowledgeable in the movement of materials through the manufacturing process
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Working knowledge of Outlook, Microsoft, and Adobe Suite
  • Must be able to use and read a standard tape measure
  • Exceptional math skills & creative problem solving
  • High School diploma or GED required

Responsibilities

  • Direct and coordinate production and distribution of all work originating in the wide format department
  • Analyze information and evaluate results to choose the best solution and solve problems
  • Develop specific goals to prioritize, organize, and accomplish work
  • Coordinate and recommend procedures for facility and equipment maintenance or modification, including the replacement of print-related equipment
  • Enlist employee suggestions and involvement
  • Manage, coach, and cross-train all personnel
  • Must have a thorough understanding of P&L statements
  • Must exhibit relationship-building skills to support the sales and operations team
  • Responsible for resolving internal and external conflicts
  • Attend management meetings
  • Complete daily timecard approvals
  • Ability to read and work with abstract designs, elevation plans or blueprints
  • Foster a safe work environment, including following ARC’s guidelines to help mitigate the spread of COVID-19
  • This position is responsible for disciplinary actions and annual evaluations
