About The Position

Join Acosta Group and help lead a multi-year Oracle Fusion transformation, shaping the strategy, integration roadmap, and future-state architecture of a growing enterprise. The Oracle Fusion Program Manager, Financials will drive enterprise-wide Oracle Fusion strategy, modernization, and integration initiatives across a complex and evolving organization. This role provides a unique opportunity to influence technology direction, support business growth, and help integrate future acquisitions into a unified Oracle ecosystem. Ideal candidates bring deep Oracle Fusion expertise, strong business acumen, and a passion for leading strategic initiatives without the need for direct people management responsibilities.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analysis, or a related field is strongly preferred
5 or more years of relevant experience in enterprise IT strategy, integration, or transformation, with a strong focus on Oracle Fusion ERP
3 or more years operating at a manager or senior-lead level, demonstrating leadership, influence, and accountability without formal people management
Strong experience leading strategic planning and execution for OCTO-style initiatives, particularly in ERP, workforce systems, or people technology
Proven involvement in M&A technology support, including ERP due diligence, integration planning, and execution
Demonstrated ability to create, refine, and execute integration scenarios, playbooks, and roadmaps, leveraging industry best practices across multiple workstreams
Strong capability in building trusted partnerships with HR leaders, Technology teams, and senior stakeholders
Ability to balance long-term ERP strategy with near-term execution, delivering results within compressed timelines
Highly effective communicator, capable of translating complex HR and Finance technology concepts into clear, business-oriented language

Responsibilities

Own the Oracle Fusion ERP roadmap (e.g., Financials ), ensuring alignment with HR, Technology, and enterprise objectives
Serve as the primary in‑house expert for Oracle Fusion ERP, reducing dependency on external consultants and ensuring long‑term platform stewardship
Translate ERP and workforce needs into clear, scalable technology strategies and integration plans
Develop and implement OCTO-aligned technology strategies and roadmaps, including application lifecycle planning, integration patterns, and modernization initiatives
Act as a strategic liaison between HR, Finance, Strategy, Technology, and Transformation teams, ensuring alignment and execution across initiatives
Monitor and assess emerging ERP and HR technology trends to inform platform evolution and investment decisions
Support M&A technology due diligence related to ERP systems and people data
Lead ERP integration planning and execution to enable smooth workforce transitions and rapid business integration
Create and refine integration playbooks, scenarios, and roadmaps using industry-leading practices
Lead cross-functional initiatives to identify, prioritize, and deliver ERP-related programs
Monitor and report on the performance and outcomes of OCTO-led initiatives
Manage relationships with Oracle, system integrators, and strategic partners
Ensure compliance with data privacy, security, and regulatory standards related to HR systems
