About The Position

The Manager, Integrated Marketing will develop and execute multi-channel marketing strategies that drive fan engagement, deliver measurable results, and elevate the Phillies brand. This role will lead integrated efforts across channels such as paid media, e-mail and fan insights ensuring a cohesive, fan-first approach that reflects the energy and passion of Phillies baseball at every touchpoint. A key focus will be optimizing the Phillies fan journey, from first interaction to lifelong loyalty. As a key member of the marketing team, this role will collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless execution of integrated campaigns and alignment with organizational priorities. Reporting to the Director, Brand Marketing, this role plays a critical part in driving fan acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth through coordinated marketing efforts.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • 4–6 years of experience in integrated marketing, advertising, or fan engagement (sports/entertainment strongly preferred).
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing platforms (paid social, display, search, e-mail).
  • Proficiency in digital media buying, CRM/e-mail marketing tools, and survey/research software.
  • Experience creating surveys, designing focus group questions, and monitoring sessions to extract actionable insights.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret fan data and present insights.
  • Demonstrated ability to write clear, compelling advertising copy for multiple platforms.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills; proven ability to work cross-functionally.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute paid media strategies across social, search, display, and programmatic platforms to drive brand growth, fan acquisition and ticket revenue.
  • Monitor campaign effectiveness, track budgets and provide actionable insights and strategic recommendations to optimize results.
  • Implement testing strategies to measure campaign lift and results, while optimizing personalization and targeting.
  • Lead e-mail marketing strategy, including content creation, audience segmentation and campaign scheduling.
  • Work cross-functionally to develop and execute fan communications that are timely, relevant and engaging.
  • Implement testing strategies to optimize e-mail performance including open rates, click-through rates and conversions.
  • Work cross-functionally to map and analyze the Phillies fan journey, identifying opportunities to deepen engagement and improve key touchpoints.
  • Drive lifecycle marketing initiatives that attract, engage and retain fans while increasing lifetime value and improving the overall fan experience.
  • Design and execute marketing surveys, focus groups, and other research initiatives to gather actionable fan insights that inform strategic decisions and strengthen marketing campaigns.
  • Craft compelling copy for TV, radio, digital ads, e-mail campaigns, paid media and live broadcast reads.
  • Partner with internal teams and external agencies to ensure all creative assets align with Phillies brand standards and support overall campaign goals.
