The Manager, Integrated Marketing & Operations leads the planning and execution of cross-channel marketing campaigns and initiatives across the organization. This role is responsible for driving alignment between brand, merchandising, and promotional priorities through a cohesive, omni-channel approach that fuels brand growth, customer engagement, and revenue. This individual is both a strategic thinker and a hands-on executor with strong experience managing integrated campaigns, timelines, and cross-functional collaboration. A key connector across teams, this role partners closely with Marketing, E-commerce, PR, Social, Lifecycle, Creative, and Analytics to deliver data-informed, high-impact campaigns that create a seamless and compelling customer journey. This Manager reports to the Director, Brand Marketing and plays a critical role in turning business objectives into clear, actionable marketing plans that drive measurable results.
