The Manager, Integrated Marketing & Go-to-Market translates marketing priorities, growth objectives, and commercialization plans into clear, executable integrated marketing programs across channels. Reporting to the Director, Integrated Marketing & Go-to-Market, this role leads day-to-day planning and execution for campaigns, product launches, seasonal priorities, and strategic growth initiatives. The Manager partners across Brand, Product, Creative, Retail, eCommerce, CRM, Digital, Merchandising, Operations, Finance, and Customer Experience to ensure plans are coordinated, commercially grounded, and ready for market. This role owns the operating rhythm for integrated marketing planning, including campaign briefs, launch plans, milestone tracking, readiness management, stakeholder communication, and post-launch reviews. Success requires strong project leadership, commercial understanding, marketing judgment, analytical capability, and the ability to drive clarity and accountability through influence. Success in this role will be measured by: On-time delivery of integrated campaigns, product launches, and go-to-market milestones. Clear, complete, and useful campaign briefs, launch plans, timelines, and readiness materials. Effective cross-functional alignment across participating teams and channels. Early identification and resolution of risks, dependencies, and execution gaps. Campaign and launch performance against defined KPIs and commercial objectives. Actionable post-launch insights and continuous improvement recommendations. Effectiveness of planning workflows, project documentation, and stakeholder communication. Development and performance of the Marketing Coordinator. All Saje Team Members are responsible for contributing to Saje’s culture and maintaining a positive environment for themselves and their peers.

Requirements

  • 6-8 years of progressive marketing experience, including integrated marketing, campaign planning, go-to-market execution, project management, or commercial marketing.
  • Experience leading cross-functional campaign or launch planning in a retail, consumer goods, wellness, beauty, lifestyle, or similarly customer-centric environment.
  • Proven ability to translate strategic priorities into actionable plans, timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder accountabilities.
  • Strong understanding of omnichannel marketing, customer journeys, campaign development, and channel activation.
  • Experience managing launch calendars, creative briefing processes, readiness reviews, and post-campaign analysis.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence partners, manage competing priorities, and drive alignment without direct authority.
  • Strong integrated marketing and go-to-market planning capability.
  • Excellent project leadership, prioritization, and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to create clarity across multiple stakeholders.
  • Commercially minded with the ability to connect marketing activity to business outcomes.
  • Analytical and comfortable using performance data to inform recommendations.
  • Highly collaborative with strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity, changing priorities, and complex cross-functional dependencies.

Responsibilities

  • Translate marketing priorities and growth initiatives into clear campaign plans, launch plans, and channel activation requirements.
  • Develop integrated campaign briefs that define objectives, audiences, messages, deliverables, timing, and success measures.
  • Partner with channel and functional leaders to ensure marketing activities are connected across customer touchpoints and aligned to business priorities.
  • Support quarterly and seasonal planning by identifying execution considerations, resource needs, risks, and dependencies.
  • Lead cross-functional execution planning for product launches, seasonal campaigns, evergreen programs, and strategic growth initiatives.
  • Manage timelines, milestones, decision points, dependencies, and readiness requirements across participating teams.
  • Facilitate planning meetings, working sessions, and readiness reviews that drive alignment, accountability, and timely decisions.
  • Identify risks, gaps, or competing priorities early and escalate decisions or trade-offs to the Director as needed.
  • Act as the day-to-day integration lead across Marketing, Creative, Product, Retail, eCommerce, CRM, Digital, Merchandising, Operations, and Customer Experience.
  • Maintain clear stakeholder communication so decisions, changes, risks, and next steps are documented and shared.
  • Create visibility into project status, milestones, open decisions, and execution risks.
  • Support organizational readiness by ensuring customer-facing and internal teams understand launch priorities and execution requirements.
  • Coordinate campaign and launch performance tracking with channel, analytics, and finance partners.
  • Support post-campaign and post-launch reviews that capture results, learnings, risks, and opportunities.
  • Translate performance insights into practical recommendations that improve future planning and execution.
  • Contribute to improved planning tools, workflows, and governance that increase consistency and execution quality.
  • Lead, coach, and prioritize the work of the Marketing Coordinator.
  • Establish project management standards, meeting rhythms, documentation practices, and follow-up routines that support execution discipline.
  • Ensure project plans, calendars, trackers, agendas, notes, and action logs are accurate, current, and useful to stakeholders.
  • Support the Coordinator's development by building capability in marketing operations, planning, communication, and reporting.
