About The Position

The Marketing Coordinator, Integrated Marketing & Go-to-Market supports the planning, coordination, execution, and reporting of integrated marketing campaigns, product launches, seasonal priorities, and go-to-market initiatives. Reporting to the Manager, Integrated Marketing & Go-to-Market, this role keeps marketing work organized, visible, and moving forward by maintaining project plans, timelines, trackers, meeting materials, asset lists, approvals, and reporting inputs. The Coordinator partners with Marketing, Creative, Product, Retail, eCommerce, CRM, Digital, Merchandising, Operations, and Customer Experience teams to help ensure accurate information, timely follow-up, clear communication, and strong launch readiness. Success requires strong organization, attention to detail, communication, follow-through, curiosity, and a service-oriented approach to supporting cross-functional execution. All Saje Team Members are responsible for contributing to Saje’s culture and maintaining a positive environment for themselves and their peers.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of experience in marketing, project coordination, communications, retail, consumer goods, wellness, beauty, lifestyle, or a related business environment.
  • Experience supporting campaigns, launches, creative workflows, marketing operations, reporting, or cross-functional projects preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills with experience managing timelines, trackers, documentation, action logs, and multiple deliverables.
  • Comfort working with cross-functional teams and coordinating inputs, feedback, approvals, and follow-ups from multiple stakeholders.
  • Basic understanding of marketing channels, campaign execution, customer communications, brand consistency, and collaboration tools such as Microsoft Office, Teams, and SharePoint.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail, follow-through, and documentation discipline.
  • Clear communicator who can summarize information, flag open questions, and keep stakeholders informed.
  • Strong coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple timelines, deliverables, priorities, and details.
  • Proactive, resourceful, and comfortable asking questions to clarify expectations, risks, and next steps.
  • Collaborative and service-oriented with a strong sense of accountability and reliability.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and cross-functional dependencies.
  • Curious about marketing, customer experience, commercial performance, and go-to-market execution.

Responsibilities

  • Support integrated campaigns, product launches, seasonal priorities, and go-to-market initiatives from planning through execution.
  • Maintain project plans, calendars, launch trackers, milestones, owners, due dates, approvals, and dependencies.
  • Coordinate updates with cross-functional partners so project information stays current, complete, and actionable.
  • Prepare agendas, recap notes, decision logs, and action item trackers for planning and readiness meetings.
  • Follow up on action items, outstanding inputs, decisions, and upcoming deliverables to support accountability.
  • Maintain shared project documentation so stakeholders can easily access current plans, briefs, timelines, and status information.
  • Communicate project updates, changes, risks, and next steps in a timely and organized way.
  • Coordinate creative requests, content inputs, asset needs, production timelines, reviews, and approvals.
  • Track the development, approval, delivery, and distribution of campaign assets across channels.
  • Partner with Creative, Brand, Product, Retail, eCommerce, CRM, Digital, and other teams to confirm asset requirements, timelines, and launch details.
  • Support quality assurance by helping validate assets, links, messaging, and required launch information.
  • Collect campaign and launch performance inputs from channel, analytics, and finance partners.
  • Prepare recurring reporting materials, dashboards, scorecards, and summary documents as directed by the Manager.
  • Support post-campaign and post-launch reviews by organizing results, learnings, examples, and stakeholder feedback.
  • Maintain KPI trackers and performance documentation to support visibility into campaign outcomes and improvement opportunities.
  • Maintain planning tools, templates, checklists, and standard operating documents.
  • Help coordinate meeting schedules, planning rhythms, key touchpoints, vendor needs, and partner follow-up.
  • Support process improvements that make coordination, communication, documentation, and execution more consistent.
