About The Position

Our Commercial Services organization offers a range of payment solutions and expense management tools to global companies of all sizes. Our Sales Enablement team's mission is to power the growth of our commercial solutions. Learning and Development is a key part of our strategy to accelerate sales and drive profitable charge volume. The Manager - Instructional Design will craft learning solutions that support our commercial sales colleagues. The resulting high-impact programs will be used to onboard sales & account development new hires, upskill existing colleagues, and enable leaders to provide effective coaching. In the end, your work will empower our frontline teams with the skills and confidence to deliver a consistent brand, value proposition, and a seamless experience to prospects and customers – ultimately driving bottom line results. This role will report to the Director of Learning and Development within our Sales Enablement organization.   • Experience in instructional design.
  • Ability to create learning solutions for sales teams.
  • Experience in developing onboarding and upskilling programs.
  • Skills in enabling leaders for coaching.
  • Understanding of sales processes and customer experience.
