The Manager, Influencer will play a critical role in the end-to-end execution of influencer and social campaigns, from strategy development and editorial planning to data-driven influencer identification, contracting, activation, and measurement. This role will ensure that paid advertising, social, and influencer creative are synergistic, following best practices, and that all cross-functional stakeholders and agency partners collaborate and communicate seamlessly. Success requires a strong understanding of social platforms, content and community trends, and audience behavior. Additionally, strong communications and relationship-building skills, and collaborative leadership to forecast influencer and social trends and steer stakeholders toward data-backed decisions will be key to success. An innovative mindset with the ability to balance strategy and hands-on execution is essential.
