About The Position

Pulse Advertising is growing in the USA and seeking a Client and Influencer Marketing Manager to help deliver exciting campaigns for world-leading brands across FMCG, fashion, and automotive industries. You will be part of a small, growing US team with global support from over 100 Pulse staff worldwide. This role is remote, with periodic in-person client engagement and production assistance required. The Influencer Marketing Manager will serve as the primary client and influencer contact, acting as a project manager and intermediary. Key skills include strong negotiation, building client relationships, and a deep understanding of social media, including paid social.

Requirements

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in influencer marketing, ideally agency-side.
  • Proven track record of managing campaigns independently and owning client relationships.
  • Fluent across major social platforms and genuinely close to creator culture, trends, and platform developments.
  • Strong client communicator capable of managing senior stakeholders, handling difficult conversations, and maintaining healthy relationships under pressure.
  • Efficient work style and fluency with AI tooling, actively using AI for research, drafting, reporting, and analysis.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and autonomous decision-making in a small, agile team environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage influencer campaigns end-to-end, including creator briefing, negotiation, content review, go-live coordination, and post-campaign reporting for your client portfolio.
  • Lead day-to-day client relationships as the primary point of contact, running status calls, preparing QBRs, and ensuring clients are informed about campaign progress.
  • Own account health across your portfolio by tracking scope, flagging over/under-servicing, and proactively identifying growth opportunities.
  • Coordinate cross-functionally with Strategy, Creator, Production, and Paid teams, serving as the single point of accountability for delivery on your accounts.
  • Understand data and analytics to produce actionable insights and trend reporting in presentation formats.
  • Join in-person client photo and video shoots and support with organizational production needs.
