They should be self-motivated, goal-driven, and have a solid understanding of successful business operations. Retail Manager Trainees must be prepared to relocate as necessary to take over or establish a Riddle’s Jewelry Retail Store, as relocation is a possibility due to the nature of this position. Riddle’s Jewelry is committed to providing outstanding customer service through continuous employee training and offering top brands. A comprehensive training program is provided, equipping trainees with product knowledge, a proven sales philosophy, and management methodology.

Requirements

Strong background in Retail Management, Sales, Personnel Management, Communications, and/or Business.
Self-motivated and goal-driven.
Solid understanding of what is necessary to make a business operate successfully.
Prepared to relocate as necessary for store management.

Responsibilities

Transition into taking over or establishing a Riddle’s Jewelry Retail Store.
Participate in a full training program covering product knowledge, sales philosophy, and management methodology.
Provide strong and outstanding customer service.
Manage retail store operations.
