Automotive Manager in Training
About The Position
Meineke is hiring a full-time Manager in Training at its Osborn location in central Phoenix, Arizona. This role provides hands-on training in the day-to-day operation of an automotive service center, with the opportunity to take on greater responsibility while developing skills in customer service, service advising, sales, workflow coordination, and team leadership. The position offers a path toward store management and other leadership responsibilities within the Arizona operation, based on performance, readiness, and available openings. Compensation is $50,000–$65,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.

Responsibilities
- Welcome customers, listen to their concerns, and clearly explain recommended services and estimates.
- Help coordinate appointments, repair orders, technician workflow, and customer updates.
- Support daily sales and operating goals through honest recommendations and dependable follow-through.
- Learn store reporting, inventory and parts coordination, scheduling, and other daily management responsibilities.
- Help maintain a safe, organized shop and a professional customer experience.
- Develop communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills needed to lead a store team.
