About The Position

The Implementation Manager is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end delivery of implementation projects, ensuring seamless execution from kickoff to completion. This role coordinates cross-functional teams, manages project timelines, and ensures alignment with organizational goals and client expectations.The Implementation Manager proactively identifies risks, removes roadblocks, and drives accountability across stakeholders. They play a key role in improving operational processes, standardizing implementation practices, and enhancing overall efficiency. Success in this role is measured by on-time delivery, quality of implementation, stakeholder satisfaction, and the ability to scale processes effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and manage the startup requirements of all new buildings
  • Maintain tracking sheets and oversee multiple customer tracking tools.
  • Provide regular status updates to customers on all start up related requirements.
  • Compile and analyze data for daily, weekly, quarterly, and annual reports.
  • Prepare and manage internal and customer presentations and meetings.
  • Maintain a flexible work schedule to accommodate different time zones.
  • Travel to new and existing sites for training and to Implement policies at new locations; minimum of 50% travel required.
  • Hold a valid passport, with international travel required.
  • Maintain Bank of America and a MyCTW accounts for all travel related needs.
  • Work from an dedicated home office is required when not traveling.
