Responsibilities

Collaborate with outsourced Logistics Operations providers and internal Planning, Ordering, Purchasing, and Customer Account Specialists in the local region.
Ensure optimum inventory levels and conduct physical inventories to verify inventory levels.
Determine staffing requirements and ensure effective recruitment, training, and retention of key staff to support staff development.
Manage and oversee effective warehousing according to needs.
Manage commitment methodologies and processes.
Generate necessary documentation, including activity and status reports, operation review input, and excess/obsolete analysis.
Administer company policies that directly affect subordinate employees, including yearly performance reviews.
Create and submit claims for Applied Materials' lost or damaged materials and assist suppliers with their parts claims.
Set priorities for and coach employees to meet daily deadlines.
