About The Position

Caesars Entertainment is seeking a Manager, iGaming Performance Analytics to lead performance analytics for the Caesars Digital Casino business. The role delivers insights and recommendations that inform strategic decision-making and drive business growth. It partners with Product, CRM, VIP, Marketing, Finance, Operations, and Data teams to monitor performance, identify growth opportunities, and optimize player value throughout the customer lifecycle. The position calls for online gaming expertise, business acumen, and advanced analytical capabilities to grow revenue, improve player retention and engagement, and maximize long-term profitability. The manager owns iGaming performance analysis and reporting, develops recommendations and forecasts, and leads the development and adoption of executive dashboards, reporting frameworks, and scorecards. The role also collaborates with data and business teams to improve reporting quality and efficiency, and presents business findings and strategic recommendations to senior executives.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in online gaming, casino, sports betting, or related digital consumer businesses.
3+ years of leadership experience managing high-performing teams.
Demonstrated success growing revenue and improving performance within an online gaming environment.
Deep understanding of casino, slots, bingo, player economics, and customer lifecycle management.
Strong knowledge of the U.S. online gaming and digital wagering marketplace.
Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to convert insights into measurable business outcomes.
Advanced SQL skills, including complex query writing, data extraction, joins, aggregations, and performance optimization.
Tableau experience, including dashboard development and executive reporting.
Advanced Power BI experience, including data modelling and automated reporting.
Strong Microsoft Excel proficiency, including pivot tables, advanced formulas, and financial analysis.
Experience analyzing large, complex datasets from multiple data sources.
Experience with BigQuery, Snowflake, Databricks, Azure, AWS, or similar modern data platforms.
Experience with predictive analytics, segmentation modelling, forecasting, and A/B testing.
Familiarity with customer data platforms, CRM systems, and marketing automation tools.

Responsibilities

Own monitoring and analysis of iGaming revenue performance across products, brands, markets, and customer segments.
Evaluate performance against budget, forecast, and historical trends, identifying drivers of over- and under-performance.
Develop actionable recommendations to improve revenue, engagement, retention, profitability, and customer lifetime value.
Partner with Commercial teams on forecasting, budgeting, and business planning.
Monitor and communicate key performance indicators to senior leadership daily, weekly, and monthly.
Develop an understanding of customer behaviors, motivations, segmentation, and player lifecycle performance.
Partner with Acquisition Marketing Analytics on customer acquisition, conversion, retention, and overall value.
Collaborate with Enterprise Data and BI teams to improve reporting accuracy, scalability, data quality, and governance.
Identify and implement automation opportunities to improve reporting efficiency, streamline processes, and accelerate decision-making.
Lead development, adoption, and continuous enhancement of executive dashboards, performance reporting frameworks, and business scorecards.
Build relationships across Gaming, Marketing, CRM, Product, VIP, Operations, Finance, and Technology teams.
Influence business decisions through data-backed insights and recommendations.
Present findings, business cases, and strategic recommendations to senior executives.
Challenge assumptions and drive accountability to achieve business objectives.
