The Manager, Human Resources partners with departments and Human Resources to define and implement people strategies that are aligned with CF’s business strategy and plans. This role is the key client contact for people processes and service delivery that includes employee relations, labour relations, recruitment, talent attraction, talent management, and performance management in support of the organization's continued growth through culture and capability.
