The Manager, HR Information Systems (People Analytics), is responsible for advancing BNSF’s people analytics capabilities. The role develops scalable data and reporting solutions, integrates complex HR/Medical systems, and delivers insights that guide workforce strategy and decision‑making. Partnering closely with HR, IT, and vendors, this position leads end‑to‑end analytics work, ensures data quality and security, and drives adoption of advanced analytics and emerging technologies. This Manager HR Info Systems position is a non-supervisory, individual contributor role. Travel is minimal , based on business needs. Daily work is conducted in an indoor office environment.
