About The Position

The HRIS and People Analytics Manager is responsible for managing and optimizing the organization's Human Resources Information System (HRIS) and leveraging people analytics to drive strategic decision-making. This role requires strong technical and analytical skills, with a focus on SuccessFactors platform management and advanced analytical design. The manager will collaborate with HR, IT, and business leaders to ensure efficient HR operations and deliver actionable insights.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or a related field.
  • Experience managing HRIS platforms, with hands-on SuccessFactors expertise strongly preferred.
  • Strength in analytical design, including data modeling, visualization, and interpretation.
  • Proficiency in Excel, data analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau), and HRIS reporting modules.
  • Strong organizational skills, with attention to detail and process improvement mindset.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a small, agile team of HRIS and data analytics professionals.
  • Collaborate with IT to optimize the administration, configuration, and maintenance of the HRIS, with a strong emphasis on SuccessFactors modules and functionalities.
  • Design, implement, and optimize people analytics dashboards and reports to support HR and business objectives.
  • Partner with HR leadership to identify, define, and track key workforce metrics and trends.
  • Lead HRIS projects, including upgrades, integrations, and process improvements, ensuring data integrity and compliance.
  • Train and support HR staff and end-users on HRIS best practices and analytics tools.
  • Collaborate with IT and external vendors to troubleshoot system issues and ensure seamless HR technology operations.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for HRIS processes, analytics methodologies, and system configurations.
  • Ensure security and confidentiality of HR data in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
