This role sits at the intersection of data analysis, business strategy, people dynamics and organizational design identifying the patterns and trends that transform how our business makes decisions. The People Analytics Manager partners with HR, Finance, Legal, and Business Leadership to analyze organizational health and provide data-driven recommendations that align with company strategy, market benchmarks, and business needs.
