About The Position

The Manager, HR Operations leads day-to-day execution across payroll, HR technology, benefits administration, and compensation operations. Reporting to the Director of Total Rewards & Systems, this hands-on manager strengthens operational controls and service levels, develops the payroll team, and translates approved strategy into reliable, compliant, and scalable processes. The role’s primary functional depth is multi-state, multi-site payroll, while also owning operational administration and governance across UKG and connected HR technologies, benefits, compensation, and assigned enterprise initiatives. The manager directly leads the Senior Payroll Administrator and Payroll & Compliance Administrator, and partners with the HR Systems Analyst and cross-functional matrix resources. Bonduelle Americas operates four facilities and employs nearly 3,000 associates in the US.
