The GTM Execution & Sales Readiness Manager is responsible for leading the operational execution engine behind Hybrid Cloud go-to-market initiatives. This role ensures sellers, partners, and field teams are prepared to successfully execute GTM programs by driving readiness, enablement, communications, execution governance, and adoption across the organization. The ideal candidate brings strong leadership, operational discipline, and a transformational mindset with the ability to improve execution quality, reduce field friction, and create scalable processes that support consistent program adoption globally. This role partners closely with GTM Portfolio & Programs, GEO Hybrid Cloud Leadership, WW Sales Enablement, and Field Sales teams to translate strategic priorities into actionable execution plans that support seller readiness and program adoption. The position serves as a key operational leader responsible for improving execution consistency, governing enablement assets and communications, driving field engagement, and ensuring GTM initiatives are effectively activated across the business.
