About The Position

Datadog is hiring a Manager, Global Entity Management to own the company’s global subsidiary entity portfolio, which spans roughly 8,100 employees across 35 countries. The role is part of Legal Operations and manages entity formation and maintenance across multiple jurisdictions, corporate records and statutory filings, and coordination with Finance, Tax, People, and other internal teams. The position works directly with government agencies, registries, registered agents, local counsel, and outside service providers. It also serves as a company-wide point of contact for questions about Datadog’s corporate structure. Entity management will remain the substantial majority of the role. The position owns Diligent Entities as the system of record, including data integrity, configuration, reporting, training, and process improvement. The role will also help automate repetitive work and assess AI and legal technology tools, with broader cross-training across Legal Operations workstreams over time. The role includes supervised securities support: Section 16 Forms 3, 4 and 5, Forms 144, Rule 10b5-1 plan administration, entity data for periodic SEC filings, and board support as needed. Prior public company reporting experience is welcome but not required; the team provides training. The position manages, develops, and sets priorities for one Corporate Paralegal. The position reports to the Senior Director, Legal Operations. The Associate General Counsel, Corporate & Securities owns the securities and entity-management work product and sets standards for the work. Datadog offers a competitive salary and equity package, which may include variable compensation. The reasonably estimated yearly salary is $121,000–$161,000 USD, with compensation based on factors including skills, qualifications, and experience.
