About The Position

In this client-facing role, you will serve as a central point of coordination supporting global strategic accounts, ensuring seamless delivery of implementation projects across Digital Realty’s portfolio. You will work across internal teams and external stakeholders to drive consistent, high-quality client experiences throughout pre- and post-commissioning phases, enabling successful project execution and long-term client satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (technical field preferred – Engineering, Telecom, Computer Science, etc.)
  • 5+ years of experience in operations, data center, construction, telecom, or engineering environments
  • Strong knowledge of data center infrastructure, products, and mission-critical environments
  • Ability to interpret construction drawings, project documentation, and technical specifications
  • Familiarity with contracts (MSA, AIA, SOW) and construction-related financials
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and quantitative skills
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills across all levels
  • Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional teams in a matrixed, global environment
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced settings
  • Proficiency with MS Office tools (Excel, Project, Visio, etc.)

Responsibilities

  • Support management of global strategic accounts, providing a consolidated view of pre- and post-commissioning project activities
  • Partner with Sales, Solution Engineering, PMG, and internal teams to support contract/SOW development and negotiation
  • Ensure delivery aligns with contract requirements, scope, and client expectations
  • Coordinate with Design & Construction (D&C) and Implementation teams to validate SOWs, costs, and support client approvals and mobilization
  • Lead internal kickoff (KOC) meetings and ensure alignment across stakeholders
  • Track project progress, risks, issues, dependencies, and mitigation plans, ensuring clear client communication
  • Ensure project updates are accurate, escalated appropriately, and client-ready
  • Support development of client playbooks and collaborate with CSMs for strategic account consistency
  • Oversee project handover processes, including documentation, client verification, and commissioning reporting
  • Monitor milestone delivery, schedules, punch list execution, and support ongoing Day 1 and Day 2 project activities
