About The Position

The Fulfillment Center Team Manager partners with other managers to provide outstanding customer service, reduce organizational costs through efficient processes, and improve the associate experience. The manager motivates hourly associates to meet performance, productivity, accuracy, and quality-control standards; leads daily, weekly, and monthly departmental planning; and collaborates with the Fulfillment Center Operations Manager to operate within established guidelines. The role promotes safe work practices and helps foster the warehouse safety culture.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED.
At least 3 years of experience in a comparable role.
Basic English language skills, verbal and written.
Must pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
Ability to lift, lower, push, pull, or carry products by hand up to 70 pounds.
Ability to manage change, analyze processes, and support continuous improvement.
Ability to use fulfillment/distribution technology, including WMS where appropriate, hardware, and software.
Analytical thinking and problem-solving ability.
Ability to communicate and collaborate with staff at all levels.
Commitment to inclusive leadership, leading by example, and a growth mindset.
