About The Position

Restaurant Brands International Inc. (RBI) is seeking a Manager, Franchise Performance (MFP) to join their team. This role is responsible for collaborating with franchisee operations to develop strategies and processes that support operational excellence and optimize franchise business performance for long-term growth and value. The position supports operations with tools and strategies to enhance sales, profitability, and standards, while ensuring franchisees adhere to Tim Hortons standards and company objectives.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in business or related field and/or equivalent experience required.
3 to 5 years previous experience in QSR, Retail, Food & Beverage, or a similar industry.
Knowledge of franchise operations.
Skilled in problem solving methodologies.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
Ability to present financial information both orally and in a formal capacity (PowerPoint).
Ability to travel 50-70% weekly, as required, within the designated region.

Responsibilities

Analyze franchisee P&L and performance against operational standards.
Conduct business performance reviews to identify areas of opportunity in the Restaurant.
Use problem-solving methodologies and business judgment to develop strategies to support business growth.
Influence and persuade franchise businesses to maintain brand standards and quality.
Collaborate with other members of the Operations team and cross-functional support to develop strategies and processes that drive operational excellence.
Consult, advise, and provide support to franchisees regarding daily business issues.
Partner with Restaurant Owners to ensure and improve Restaurant profitability.
Engage in immediate problem resolution and/or short-term action plans to correct critical issues.
