About The Position

The Manager, FP&A serves as the critical financial bridge between the Studio, Publishing and other operational partners. You will be comfortable in presenting findings and analysis to leaders, explaining narrative and drivers associated with variances to help influence business decision making. You will be comfortable operating with limited supervision, conferring with senior managers only on highly complex or unusual items outside the day-to-day.

  • 4 – 6+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, management consulting, or a business-facing finance role (preferably with Gaming or Entertainment industry experience)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; or equivalent practical knowledge gained through industry experience.
  • Mastery of Function: You have mastered all standard FP&A duties (forecasting, variance analysis, modeling) and have a strong grasp of the broad principles governing the gaming or creative services industry.
  • Business Savvy: Proven ability to "frame" financials for non-finance audiences, particularly creative or technical leadership.
  • Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint is essential for building the models and presentations that drive business decisions.
  • Project Management: Practical knowledge of project management to lead cross-functional financial improvements across various business units.
