Simons is undertaking a transformation and optimization of its finance function, including the implementation of new financial systems. Reporting to the Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, the Manager, Financial Transformation and Systems plays a key role in the implementation, optimization, and evolution of the company’s financial ERP systems tailored to the retail industry. The Manager acts as a bridge between the Finance team, IT, external consultants, and other internal stakeholders to ensure efficient and optimal financial processes. The Manager is responsible for supporting the transformation of the finance function, including upskilling teams, data governance, process optimization, and the implementation of new financial systems.
