About The Position

As we continue the transformation of our financial systems across our 27+ distinct business sectors, we are looking for a Manager of Finance Solutions to partner with our leadership team. This role is critical in filling the day-to-day solution management needs, allowing for broader strategic growth within the department. You will act as the primary liaison between the Business (Sector Leadership and Department heads) and the Technical Teams on the S/4 Hana ERP platform implementation. Your goal is to assess the unique needs of incoming sectors, identify "fit/gap" requirements against our existing template, and manage the scope and timeline for their onboarding.

Requirements

A strong background in Accounting (General Ledger, Audit, or Accounting Projects) is required. You must understand the debits/credits and financial implications of system changes.
Experience managing the lifecycle of finance projects, specifically in bridging the gap between operational business units and technical teams.
Experience working in large, matrixed organizations with multiple subsidiaries or diverse business lines.

Nice To Haves

Experience bringing acquired entities or new business units onto a central financial system.
Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA or similar Tier-1 ERPs is a significant plus to shorten the learning curve.
