Manager - Finance & Accounting Applications
About The Position
QTS is seeking a Manager - Finance & Accounting Applications to lead a team responsible for optimizing core business systems, including Workday Financials, Adaptive Insights, Kyriba, and enabling applications. The role partners with the Director of Business Support Systems and functional leaders to maintain functional roadmaps and guide application enhancements that improve processes and organizational performance. The manager oversees application configuration and enhancement projects, establishes availability, confidentiality, and security procedures aligned with ISO 27001:2013 standards, manages Tier 2 and Tier 3 escalated user support, and analyzes application usage and performance monthly. U.S. citizenship is required by law due to federal contracts.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Workday Financials implementation experience or at least two years of Workday Financials administration experience.
- At least two years of people management experience, including managing cross-functional teams and third-party providers.
- Experience with IT project management methodologies, including agile, and successful completion of IT enhancement projects using different project delivery models.
- U.S. citizenship, required by law due to federal contracts.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with enabling applications such as Adaptive Insights, OneSource, or Bloomberg.
- Kyriba Treasury Management experience or similar.
Responsibilities
- Complete and maintain functional roadmaps in collaboration with the Director of Business Support Systems and functional leaders, including reviewing vendor release and roadmap materials.
- Scope, plan, and execute approved application enhancement projects and requests for configuration changes.
- Develop and implement specifications and procedures for system availability, confidentiality, and security in accordance with ISO 27001:2013 standards.
- Manage the completion of Tier 2 and Tier 3 escalated support cases.
- Analyze and report monthly on application usage and performance.
- Lead a team responsible for optimizing Workday Financials, Adaptive Insights, Kyriba, and enabling applications.
