About The Position

The Krazy Coupon Lady (KCL) is a female-founder-owned deal intelligence company that helps millions of shoppers save money. This is a 6-month seasonal position with the potential for full-time employment based on business needs and performance. The Manager, Facebook Growth & Engagement will be responsible for the strategy, execution, and performance of KCL's Facebook channel, which is the largest traffic driver and a critical lever for audience growth and revenue. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking and operational execution, managing a high-volume content engine, optimizing performance through data analysis and testing, and leading a team responsible for content distribution and engagement. The position involves partnering with content, product, and marketing teams to ensure the Facebook channel drives business outcomes, balancing real-time decision-making with long-term strategy in a dynamic, algorithm-driven environment. The goal is to identify scalable growth levers, improve monetization efficiency, and maintain competitiveness as the platform evolves.

Requirements

  • 5–8+ years of experience in social media, with deep expertise in Facebook performance and traffic generation.
  • Proven track record of scaling high-volume posting strategies and driving measurable growth.
  • Experience managing teams in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into action.
  • Deep understanding of Facebook algorithms, engagement drivers, and content performance.
  • Experience with testing frameworks, reporting tools, and social platforms.
  • Background in e-commerce, digital media, or deal-driven content strongly preferred, with a strong understanding of value-conscious audiences and the behaviors that drive clicks and conversions.

Responsibilities

  • Own Facebook as a high-volume, performance-driven channel responsible for driving traffic and supporting revenue at scale.
  • Define and evolve the channel strategy across content distribution, engagement, and monetization with a focus on maximizing clicks, out-clicks, and reach.
  • Identify and scale repeatable growth levers, turning successful experiments into standardized playbooks.
  • Own day-to-day performance against core KPIs, including clicks, out-clicks, engagement, and reach.
  • Build and operate a continuous testing roadmap across post timing, format, creative, and messaging.
  • Translate data into clear, actionable insights and make fast, informed decisions in a real-time environment.
  • Establish reporting systems that provide visibility at both the post and channel level, and foster a strong test-and-learn culture across the team.
  • Manage and develop a team responsible for operating a high-volume Facebook channel.
  • Build workflows that support posting at scale (4+ posts per hour) while maintaining quality and accuracy.
  • Create clear accountability structures, coach team members on performance ownership and content instincts, and step in as needed during high-priority or high-volume moments.
  • Oversee engagement strategy and execution across user-facing touch points, including comment moderation, direct messaging, and support workflows.
  • Ensure a responsive, high-quality, and brand-aligned user experience.
  • Act as an escalation point for complex or sensitive interactions, and lead the growth and engagement strategy for Facebook Groups, emerging platforms and external communities.
  • Identify opportunities to scale engagement through automation without compromising brand voice.
  • Own the execution and performance of monetization strategies on Facebook.
  • Partner with content and discovery teams to amplify revenue-driving content and optimize post cadence, format, and distribution.
  • Oversee sponsored and boosted content execution, ensuring campaigns deliver against performance goals.
  • Continuously refine how monetized content is presented to maximize performance while maintaining user trust.
  • Analyze performance data to provide actionable insights that inform content prioritization and monetization opportunities.
  • Serve as the primary point of accountability for Facebook performance and user sentiment across the organization.
  • Partner with content, product, sales, and marketing teams to align on priorities and ensure Facebook supports broader business goals.
  • Influence content strategy through performance insights, and proactively identify and resolve gaps in user experience, tracking, or platform functionality.
