Job Overview We are seeking a highly capable Manager, Enterprise Technology – Technical Delivery to lead engineering teams responsible for building, integrating, and scaling enterprise platforms. This role will oversee delivery execution, technical quality, and architecture alignment across systems such as NetSuite, Workday, Salesforce, MuleSoft, and other enterprise tools. This position requires a balance of technical depth and leadership, ensuring that solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with enterprise standards. The ideal candidate is a strong technical leader who can drive execution, mentor engineers, and partner cross-functionally to deliver high-impact solutions.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in enterprise systems engineering or architecture.
- Experience with platforms such as NetSuite, Salesforce, Workday, MuleSoft.
- Proven experience managing engineering teams.
- Experience with APIs and integrations.
- Strong understanding of system design and scalability.
- Experience in compliance-driven environments preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.

- Lead and manage a team of developers, architects, and QA engineers.
