About The Position

Manager, Enterprise Sales About the Role Hex is one of the fastest-growing AI-native data platforms, and enterprise is our next frontier: we're expanding beyond early adopters and digital-native customers to win the largest, most established organizations in the market. We're hiring an Enterprise Sales Manager to lead and build out the western portion of our Enterprise AE team as we scale into this next phase of growth. This is a true build role: you'll shape how we hire, ramp, and coach Enterprise AEs, and play a defining role in how Hex shows up in your market, from positioning to executive relationships to partner presence. You'll coach a team through high velocity, complex, multi stakeholder sales cycles, acting as a strategic partner to your reps as they navigate competitive, high stakes deals. What you will do Recruit, hire, and ramp a growing Enterprise AE team, building a repeatable onboarding and coaching program. Coach reps through complex, multi stakeholder enterprise deals, from new pipeline generation to existing account growth, running deal reviews and call coaching that improve win rate and velocity. Establish operating rhythms (1:1s, pipeline reviews, QBRs, call reviews) and coaching frameworks that raise team performance. Partner cross functionally with RevOps, SDR, Marketing, and Product to sharpen lead quality, territory and account strategy, and sales tooling. Help define how Hex goes to market with the largest organizations in our space, shaping positioning, buyer strategy, and executive relationships in your territory. Travel as needed for QBRs, customer meetings, and team development.
