About The Position

Garner is seeking an Engineering Manager for its Business Technology area. This role will lead the engineering efforts that power Garner’s internal customer support engine. The position reports to the VP of Platform Engineering and is crucial for ensuring internal employee-facing systems can scale effectively during a period of hyper-growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for the technical vision and execution necessary to maintain Garner's industry-leading efficiency while supporting a rapidly expanding employee base.

Responsibilities

Own Garner’s identity provider solution end to end, ensuring the optimal onboarding and off-boarding experience for employees and contractors while maintaining security.
Own Garner’s internal network end to end, ensuring a seamless networking experience for employees in the NYC HQ.
Grow and develop the business technology team, including capacity planning, hiring, development, and termination of support and systems engineering resources.
Provide and nurture meaningful metrics to demonstrate the organization’s health at a glance, such as Support SLA adherence.
