About The Position
Responsible for the daily operations of the Employee Health program for Inspira Health Network employees, physicians, residents, and volunteers. Provides oversight for the Inspira Workers Compensation program, including appropriate case management. The Manager is also responsible for decision making, daily operations, financial viability, employee preventative safety, and long-range planning for all areas of responsibility. Works closely with Infection Control, Risk, and Human Resources departments. Reports directly to the EH Director.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in nursing.
- At least three years of work-related experience as a Registered Nurse.
- At least one year of leadership experience in the healthcare field.
- BLS certification.
- Current New Jersey RN license.
- Matriculation into a Master’s program within six months of hire if not already holding a relevant Master’s degree.
Nice To Haves
- Master’s degree in a health-related field or Human Resources.
- Experience in Occupational or Employee Health nursing.
- Certified Occupational Health Nurse Specialist (COHN-S).
