The Power Hardware section in the E&S Baltimore and Partnered Sites (BaPS) organization is seeking a leader to manage a Power Engineering team in the Mission Systems sector. This team is responsible for architecting, designing (simulating), verifying (testing), and supporting existing and future Power Conversion Circuit Card Assemblies (CCA’s) and Electronic Component Assemblies (ECA’s) across a variety of platforms. Team skill sets include trading requirements, circuit topology and packaging trade studies and specification; Power, Voltage Drop, and Ripple budgeting via analysis, CCA and ECA design, electromagnetic simulation, data reduction and analysis, design verification, and production support. This position is dual role, encompassing both people and project/technical leadership.
