Manager, Electrical Engineering (Analog PCB Design)
About The Position
As the Electrical Engineering Manager, you will join a best-in-class engineering team and lead the group in the development of our next generation inspection tool. In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead a team of highly skilled electrical engineers with expertise in design of analog electronics, sensors and image acquisition, signal integrity for PCB and cables. You will work with system engineers and other functional/subsystem leaders to define electrical system/subsystem design specifications, define sensible electronics architecture for the next generation product, and be responsible for EE schedule and budget management, task prioritization. You will also work with external vendors and contractors to deliver subsystems that meet design specification and reliability targets, integrate and test subsystems, and review test plans and results to shorten development time.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in related field or equivalent combination of any relevant education and experience
- 6+ years of relevant experience with proven ability to lead
- 2+ years of management experience
Nice To Haves
- Minimum 5 years of experience in an electrical engineer manager role
- Bachelors 7+ years experience, Masters 5+ years experience, PhD 3+ years experience
- Knowledge of advanced FPGA design is a plus
