Manager, Donor Recruitment
About The Position
Vitalant is seeking a results-driven, customer-focused, and business-minded Donor Recruitment Manager to support its life-saving mission. The manager oversees the donor-recruitment team and works to achieve annual and monthly goals through effective recruitment. This includes developing market-penetration plans and recruitment strategies to increase blood donations. The role also involves developing special recruitment programs, assisting with strategic marketing plans, territory alignment and goal setting, monitoring center resource allocation and scheduling, building relationships with internal staff and customers, and ensuring recruitment processes are followed. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., with occasional weekends and evenings. The position is based at 1400 S 6th Street, McAllen, Texas 78501. Salary ranges from $75,150.40 to $99,195.20 and is commensurate with experience, qualifications, skills, and geographic location.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent education/experience.
- Three years of relevant experience.
- Two years of supervisory experience.
- Valid in-state driver's license.
