Requirements

  • 3-5 years of marketing experience with an emphasis on performance media.
  • Strong analytical skills with a desire to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Strong communication and writing skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working in a team and communicating with internal and external partners.
  • Positive attitude.
  • Proactive individual willing to share ideas, thoughts, and concerns.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Experience working with GA360 or other Analytics Platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the annual paid media budget, including financial oversight and ongoing updates.
  • Drive business growth through digital marketing and print initiatives by collaborating with internal teams and external partners.
  • Oversee digital agencies in conjunction with the Director of Digital Marketing, focusing on building partnerships, implementing full-funnel strategies, monitoring performance, and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Support the launch of new digital marketing channels and the continuous optimization of existing strategies.
  • Manage print agencies by defining strategies, including creative optimization, testing, cross-functional collaboration, and reviewing pages and analytics.
  • Manage the day-to-day activation and strategy for the Affiliate channel.
  • Project manage creative assets for paid and print media, including briefing internal and external partners and trafficking ads to agency partners for timely execution.
  • Utilize 1st party data insights to support marketing initiatives by requesting audiences and uploading them to various 3rd party platforms.
  • Assist in creating tracking URLs to support digital and print campaigns.
  • Manage agency billings and CRM P-card expenses.
