As Manager, Digital Marketing, you will lead the strategy, execution, and optimization of digital campaigns for assigned artist brands and projects. This role is responsible for developing audience-first marketing strategies that drive fan engagement, music consumption, growth across digital platforms, and contribute to bottom-line revenue. The ideal candidate is equal parts strategist, creative thinker, trend forecaster, and project manager with a deep understanding of music culture, short-form content, fan communities, and the evolving digital landscape. This role requires strong collaboration across artists, management, creative teams, external partners, and internal departments to bring campaigns to life from announce through release and beyond. Support across the roster will fluctuate based on release schedules and priority campaigns.
