About The Position

The Digital Marketing Manager focuses on content creation, social media engagement, and event coverage to enhance the member experience. This role plays a key part in capturing the campus atmosphere and bringing it to life through digital channels and storytelling.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, social media, or content creation
  • Experience with event photography and visual content creation
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and content strategy
  • Basic to intermediate graphic design skills (Adobe Creative Suite, etc.)
  • Strong communication and storytelling abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM tools preferred

Responsibilities

  • Capture event photography and curate visual content that showcases campus experiences (tenant events, social events, corporate events)
  • Manage and contribute to social media channels for our partners, ensuring consistent and engaging content
  • Create and design marketing materials, including graphics for social posts, web, emails, and promotions
  • Develop engaging content that highlights events, programs, and member experiences
  • Support marketing campaigns through content creation and execution
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely coverage of events and initiatives
  • Assist in maintaining brand voice and visual consistency across all platforms
  • Support member engagement efforts through dynamic and creative storytelling
