The Events and Entertainment Manager is responsible for working with the Marketing Team to develop VIP events and entertainment, overseeing the booking and coordination of banquets, events and entertainment in Blue Bills Restaurant & Bar, and managing the Events Team Members. This role ensures compliance with company standards for performance, service to patrons, licensing laws, health and safety, and other statutory regulations. The manager also promotes teamwork and quality service through daily communication and coordination with all departments, integrating the Three Rivers brand purpose into all processes, communications, and guest/team member experiences.
