This role is for a Manager, Digital Marketing - Off-Premise, specifically for Firehouse Subs. The position involves developing and executing a data-driven strategy to grow third-party delivery, balancing sales growth with margin optimization. Key responsibilities include owning performance across delivery platforms, managing the end-to-end user experience, optimizing promotional calendars, establishing channel governance, leading testing and innovation, developing analytics and insights, managing vendor relationships, defining product roadmaps, engaging with franchisees, and communicating with senior leadership.
